GiftCEO integrates various mandatory third-party tools, APIs, and libraries to deliver core platform functionalities. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Data Usage: Information provided on this platform is strictly for educational and productivity purposes. Redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of this data is expressly prohibited. Unauthorized use of data will attract severe penalties and immediate account termination.
• Indemnification: You agree to hold GiftCEO Holdings Pvt. Ltd. harmless against any claims, penalties, or legal actions initiated by third-party service providers resulting from your violation of their respective terms of service while using our platform.

3. User Conduct

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish or the interactions they have with the AI on the platform. Content must be professional and accurate. We reserve the right to remove any content that is misleading or offensive.

4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In accordance with applicable IT regulations and Indian government guidelines, GiftCEO has appointed a dedicated Grievance Officer to address user concerns.
